2020 Alfa Romeo Gulia Lease Numbers

Hi - I am looking at getting into a Alfa Romeo Gulia base RWD and I am located in SoCal and here are the number just wanted to get some input on below numbers:

MSRP: $43,375
DISCOUNT: $10,000
DRIVE OFF: $2000
LEASE TERM: 24MO @ $390.00 PER MONTH
RESIDUAL: 48%
MF: 0.0024 (I think it’s high)

Thoughts? Comments? Thinking I can get more off considering it’s been sitting at the lot since late 2019 probably.

I think the base MF is .00022. Let me know where you end up because I’ve been trying to work something similar too.

the RV for 24 months is pretty terrible.
