Before or after incentives?

The selling price is final after invectives, rebates and discount.

I just got a VW Atlas SE V6 with tech, captains chairs, panoramic sunroof package & 20in wheels:

MSRP of $42,070
Sale price: $36,437
39 months/12k miles
DAS: $1,000
Monthly: $441 including tax

It’s a much bigger SUV and about $10,000 higher MSRP with just a $31 difference from the quote they gave you. I did put a bit more down than you but I got 12K miles as well. Just for comparison so you can get better numbers.

2019 Tiguan AWD SEL
Leather- sunroof- cold pkg

MSRP: $34,885
Sale Price before Incentive: $31,000
Lease cash: $600
MF: .00068
RV: 54% (39/7500)

$348 pre tax
$370/mo (tax incl) with only first doc and dealer out of Pocket

I’d say the money factor should be below 0.0008 to be competitive, and they’re offering too few miles with that package. That looks high even more a 12k lease.

Thank you all for your help. Appreciated
