@mayanknawal You need to update your title and ad. Taxes are due upfront in NY, even if you rolled it into your monthly payment. If you currently pay $441/mo, that’s the lowest any transferee will pay. Most likely, it will be $441/mo + tax again.

Do you think, if the transferee is from some other county/ state with different tax rates, the monthly payment will change based on the transfer location? If transferred in the same county with the same tax rate, and if they chose to roll in the payments, it may remain the same, not sure.
