Try to sell at Vroom, Carvana or Carmax because I have 2021 Highlander Hybrid XLE black edition & my payment is in high 300’s.
Good luck

@mayanknawal You need to update your title and ad. Taxes are due upfront in NY, even if you rolled it into your monthly payment. If you currently pay $441/mo, that’s the lowest any transferee will pay. Most likely, it will be $441/mo + tax again.

Thanks, updated the information. Yes, everything was rolled in with only first month due at signing.

Do you think, if the transferee is from some other county/ state with different tax rates, the monthly payment will change based on the transfer location? If transferred in the same county with the same tax rate, and if they chose to roll in the payments, it may remain the same, not sure.

$441/mo will be considered the base monthly and tax will be on top of that.

A new NY-resident leasee cannot roll tax into the payment. They will have to pay tax upfront.

Check with carvana. We leased a 2020 LE hybrid in November. We just sold it to them and only lost $350. They have it listed for more than we paid new.
