Get something cheaper. Btw will your income and DTI enable you to get approved for the lease?

Buying it afterwards doesn’t make much sense.

Do not lease if you plan to buy it out. Lease if want a new car after the term.

As a student you might not qualify for a lease. I’ll assume you have great credit, but do you have income?

I never bought a car after a lease was up but whats the reason for that being such a bad idea?
I was possibly thinking of buying my lease out after it’s up in a few years.

Majority of the time, the value of the car is below RV.

You can’t beat it for flexibility if you really love the ride but depending on the state you could get hammered for sales tax a second time as well potential for RV/buyout to be higher than what you could get a comparable unit for (possibly even CPO at that — extra warranty)

You end up paying more than if you bought it to begin with, if you get a hackr deal it’s probably cheaper to lease another car. No worries about maintenance, break downs etc
