Can you guys spot any way to reduce my monthly payment on the attached lease quote? Should I just push harder on selling price?
The term is 36/10k miles on a pretty basic Crosstrek Premium CVT transmission. I know we don’t love putting the $1900 down, but I really want to keep the monthly < $300.
I confirmed the MF and Residual on Edmunds. I’m located in 60640.
Also in Chicago looking at subaru leases, what dealer is this from?
Not sure if there are incentives for the crosstrek, the Impreza hatch seem to have the most aggressive leasing right now, with first month payment waived and $1100-1700 cash towards lease deals.
Also did you factor in the 8% chicago use tax on top of the sales tax? That will add another 8% to your monthly.
This isn’t a good value (or prob a good deal) 
There are a handful of 2019 Outbacks laying around still
Double check Edmunds but MF was close to 0 and there was cash on the hood.
Your tax is higher than mine (7.75%) but in August I had a deal on a 2019 Outback 3.6 Limited - 36 months / 15k / 0$ DAS / 350$ with tax. I would see if you can get closer to $300/mo, esp on a lesser trim.
