Hello Hackrs, I am new to the forum and leasing in general. Went on YouTube before I went to dealers to figure out what ways I can get the best car for the money. I wanted sub-4k DAS and sub-400 per month post tax. Before my research, I was essentially limited to a Jeep Cherokee or an Altima. This was very disappointing as I came from a fun 1 series. So I started looking and I really wanted at least a 300hp stock car. First looked at BMW and it seemed impossible to get a 6 cylinder for that money. Did more digging and came up with the Q50. Originally wanted a regular Lux model, but when I went in person I really loved the Sport with the aggressive styling, paddles, and in general far more loaded. Worked out a deal with a dealership in NH, I am living in NY and the car will be registered in CA as that is where corporate HQ is. I think they definitely got me on the MF, but the pre-incentives discounted price really helped seal the deal for me. Lots of back and forth with the dealer but overall a good experience, especially considering I needed a car right away. Very happy with the car. Walked out with the following deal, hope I did it right on the calculator. Took me a couple tries, but numbers match what I paid now lol. Thanks for reading, I appreciate your feedback.
I am only slightly annoyed that 2019s didn’t get carplay though 
Next time put most of your available upfront money towards MSD
Keep the DAS to just the first month or first plus DMV.
To be honest, I had no idea about MSDs until I heard about them on this forum. Will definitely do MSDs on my next lease

Used the fact that car had 300 miles on it and that it sat for a while on their lot to hammer sales price down
