I’m sure you already know this, but Porsche’s notoriously lease poorly, but the RV and the and MF are pretty good.
I would say you absolutely need incentives and greater dealer discount, but I know Porsche dealers are pretty bad about discounting their cars and the cayman is no exception.
In the past we’ve seen these for around 850 a month. Check out the search function to see how other deals were structured.
@nextlevelautobrokers, what have we seen these in the past for???
I’m working one in California. I’ve got them to 10 percent discount and that’s the max. I’ve worked 10 dealerships and most wouldn’t go above 6 percent.
I’m torn between this and an f type, the f type just leases so much better
Yes I figured that, but id rather pay a little more for a Porsche then a E Amg from Mercedes. I looked around and couldn’t find much to base it off. But the other dealership I was at tried structuring a similar deal but wanted 8 grand down and $1,200 down.
So they wanted 9200 down? I’m confused by the 8k and 1200 down?
Yeah I feel you on that but something about Porsche that I fell in love with it.
Sorry for the confusion. What I meant is there was a 2nd dealership that I got numbers from in Rhode Island that wanted almost 8grand down and the payment monthly was $1,200 a month. for 24 months.
I will defer to @Bostoncarconcierge! We were at 15% off before incentives when the stars aligned that one day! $580 with $500 due at signing 10k/36mo…can’t be replicated ever in life

I heard the only good thing about Porsche’s lease program is that you can pull-a-head 12 months early.
That is true, I find that as a good perk to lease with them!
Don’t do it! seriously ping @Bostoncarconcierge
I’m not in the business of referring other brokers, but he will tell you if he can do better

Check how long it’s been on the lot for, see if it’s on cargurus.com and it will tell you. With a decently optioned Boxster/Cayman/Panamera 10% is doable most of the time if it’s sat for a while.
