it was end of the month deal. didn’t have to negotiate much. turned in my 2016 C300 lease and got this one. MSDs also helped.

That is refundable security deposit. you will get them back at the end of the lease and it helps lower your payment
Hey if you are paying all the driveoffs, how did your Grosscsp cost, item 6a, get to 37,927? That’s a 1600$ difference from the sales price of $3632?
Also, there’s no rebates listed?
one thing I learned from reading the forums is if your lease ends up at 1% of the MSRP, that should be a decent lease.
I generally don’t pay much attention to other numbers. I know dealers have their own promotions and may have to give out more discount in order to make the sale.
with the drive off $2186.09 and 35 payments of $350, this will cost me $401 per month
that is less than 1% of the MSRP.
Dependent on the car, typical (or atypical) discounts being customary and incentives. 1% on a 4 series right now is next to armed robbery, but on an X5 or X7 is decent.

I am no expert here, but this is my best attempt to decipher your deal without knowing the real MF. Strange that residual is set at 57% when I believe it should be 56% for 12k. Other than that, it comes to a true $416 monthly -not bad with the 2yr service plan rolled in.
I was not able to use the calculator correctly but you came pretty close to the actual payment. I am sure I didn’t place the discounts correctly.
