This does look pretty solid. The salesperson isn’t going to add MSDs unless you ask. At .00134, that’s 3.2% APR so you can add MSDs to lower the money factor if you like. You can play around with them in the LeaseHackr calculator to see if it’s worth it for you!
I put down 2000 in MSDs that had a similar APR as yours. I ended up saving 500 dollars over the total lease cost (you get the money back at the end). It was a better return than an S&P index fund and its guaranteed. The only downside is it’s hard to transfer a car with MSDs.
I know you just signed, but it’s always a good idea to double check incentives, residual and MF on Edmunds.
