Here’s the breakdown I received, confirmed through edmunds there’s 200 in lease cash and 500 in dealer cash but not sure if it’s in here. I also asked them to quote it with the base MF which is .00001 which takes the payment to 456/month. This is about a 10% discount, not sure what others have gotten:

This is for my father in law, dealer came back saying their offer was strong and to come in “and we can with through the money factor”. Obviously not taking the bait.
I haven’t seen many of cx9 deals posted recently which may be why there haven’t been any responses. But the MF is essentially 0 this month on 2019s and the residual is fairly strong. Would like some input on % discount.
Done deal, He’s picking it up on Tuesday. They came down another 2k and to the base MF. Zero due at signing, 395/month. Was about to get him in touch with a broker but pleased as this is about 20/month less than any deals I could find advertised in the marketplace.
