2019 Mazda CX-5 GT plus Premium Package

I think you’re talking about different things. Mazda Loyalty versus Chase multiple product promotion.

Edit: I remember getting emails from Chase, I assumed since I had lease with Chase. What did the email say exactly?

Received the following quote today for 2019 CX-5 GT AWD with premium package 36mon/12K Lease:
MSRP: $34,465
Selling: $31,715
Rebate: $640
Govt Fee: $164, Doc Fee: $399, Cap Taxes: $36.48, Acq Fee: $595
Gross Cap Cost: $32,889.47
Adj Cap Cost $32,290.38
Res Value: $21,713
MF: .00139
First Payment due at signing of $388.91
Good deal, or can I do better for midwest (Wisconsin) deal? Any input much appreciated.

Here is a CX-5 with the same MSRP. The “Great Price” analysis with the $500 rebate backed out is $31,806, so your selling price looks good. The doc fee is high…is the MF being used the base rate?

Yes, the money factor is the effective APR on the lease. Does that change anything?

I’m pretty sure @AB_hackr knows that, he was asking if the MF they are using is buy rate MF or if the dealership was marking it up.

Sorry. Is this something the dealer will provide and answer? Let me ask. I appreciate the feedback.

Post here and get the answer from an independent source:

Dealer said it is the buy rate MF.

I would still make a post on Edmunds to confirm.

I did and confirmed MF is .00139
