Here is a CX-5 with the same MSRP. The “Great Price” analysis with the $500 rebate backed out is $31,806, so your selling price looks good. The doc fee is high…is the MF being used the base rate?
Yes, the money factor is the effective APR on the lease. Does that change anything?
I’m pretty sure @AB_hackr knows that, he was asking if the MF they are using is buy rate MF or if the dealership was marking it up.

Dealer said it is the buy rate MF.
I would still make a post on Edmunds to confirm.
