I’m interested in leasing the Mazda CX-5 GT AWD as well, but I’m in New York.

I did some research online in my area and on this forum- seems like some people are getting close to this but haven’t seen anyone in NY yet.

Closed this deal on a '19 CX-5 GT-Premium AWD Black Interior & Exterior. Had the loyalty bonus and shopped 3 dealers, but all came in around this price. 1 dealer offered a year of oil changes and another offered 3 years. FWIW, this was in the Minneapolis, MN area. Pretty confident that at this point, you could roll the dice and wait until the 2020’s start to ship, and get a better discount on whatever the dealer is trying to get off the lot to make room, but for right now - this seemed decent for a true sign & drive.

I’m in North Carolina and just got a Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring AWD w/ Premium Package quote after about 2 weeks of back and forth, its the lowest I’ve seen for compact SUVs with ventilated seat / heating steering wheel & AWD options. I’m having a hard time comparing with other states…any help would be appreciated! Here are the details:
Color: Deep Crystal (no upcharge)

I’ve completed some of the preliminary paperwork but the don’t have the vehicle in yet, can I still negotiate a lower price before/at the final signing?
2 weeks of back and forth with the same dealer? If so you need to shop that quote around to at least 10 more dealers within an acceptable distance to you. Discount is low at only 5%. While Mazda is known for having less wiggle room between invoice and MSRP, you should at least be able to get to 7-8% off prior to incentives. Another 3% off is just about $30 less per month. That’s ideally where you should be. If after a thorough dealer search it’s still higher, at least you know you’re at the bottom of your local market, or close to it.

Just did a deal with a miami mazda dealer on a new grand touring CX-5 2019. zero down $327/mo after tax. 36mo/10k. $31.8K msrp (no premium package).
I did not qualify for a loyalty reward.
