2019 Lexus NX300H

They don’t have as many mirrors as the NX?

RXs are also nice but too big to park safely and for $10K more I would expect a purse hook.:handbag:

I think the Hyundai Kona is just right for you.

I’m not a master leaser or anything, and I feel I could’ve done better (but my wife’s then current car had just bit the dust), but just so you have an idea of what some leases might look like, we got a NX300h (MSRP around $48k), and we paid $1,800 at signing and pay $479/month including tax in SoCal. You should be able to do at least that well since I didn’t really play hardball to get that payment.

48k MSRP is pretty loaded for a NX300h. Most of the examples we have seen seem to be between 41k to 47k MSRP.

She is wanting to try to get something closer to the high 300s/low 400s per month. Whether or not that is possible (even in the lower MSRP models) without putting a ton down is yet to be seen. So far we haven’t found any deals that meet this criteria.

Recently leased a 2019 NX300 with comfort package.
Sticker $41,900
Sale price $37k
12k mi per year
Extended wear coverage
Service package through 20k mi
Drive off, $2000
39month lease
Monthly $430 including tax
So Cal, Glendale Lexus

Figured I would update this thread.

Fiance signed for her car yesterday.

Breakdown was as follows:

MSRP: 41,608.00
Sales Price: 38,500 (around 7.5% discount)
Manufacturer Lease Cash: 1,000
Net Sales Price: 37,500

They initially tried inflating money factor but I talked them down to base (which on 36 month/15k is .00075 this month). In addition, they had tax credits available which reduced required taxes down to just 375 bucks (great perk since Texas typically taxes on entire sales price of vehicle).

Tax, title, license, registration, acquisition, etc. were all rolled into lease.

Fiance decided to put 2.5k down (I know, I know) which reduced monthly to around 425 per month.

All in all, we are pretty happy with this. We might have been able to squeeze a bit more off of sales price but, from my research, 7.5% off MSRP is about what we should be expecting on a 2019 hybrid. In addition, the vehicle literally arrived at the dealership 3 days ago so it wasn’t like it had been sitting for a while.

Wow $37 and $37.5K for NXH is a great deal. Hoping to get a deal this weekend, but Prob pay closer to $38.5+ in the Seattle area. Thanks for the info. @JCK and @needacar123

@mamaJ I realize it’s been a few months since the last post in this thread, but did you end up getting the NX300h you were looking for?

If so, would you mind sharing a few details? I’m interested because I currently live in South FL but am moving to Seattle in a few weeks. I tried this weekend to get the 300h with Premium package that I wanted here, but apparently that is a unicorn in this part of the country. The very few hybrids that are avail in FL have minimal options, such as just the Comfort package. I don’t want Nav but need the power liftgate and was hoping for Premium package. Maybe I will have better luck with Seattle inventory?

Thanks!

@Mfizzy Yes, I ended up getting the white 2019 NX300h from Seattle Lexus. I got the mid model which does not have Nav (I use waze) but moon roof, heated steering wheel, lane assist, etc. It did not have the alloy wheels though :frowning: and they wud not switch it out. I put down 2 MSDs, negotiated hard but in the end not sure if my deal was that good. Lease formulas were too complicated. I think my price was around $38-$39K. 3 year/7,500 miles. They gave me all the details on a USB stick. Had a big headache after the negotiation. Free Pulse braking lights. LOL. All weather mats included. Powerlift gate is awesome with the kick sensor, but can’t find a button to open the trunk from the inside.
It might not exist. Overall very happy with the car, mileage at best is 28.4 mpg, despite 33 advertised. I love the EV mode. I’ll only buy hybrids now on. Did awesome in the recent snow storm. Good luck. I’ll probably end up buying it out at the end. Consulted with a broker here and they said pretty much impossible to get a competitive deal in the Seattle/Portland area due to lack of competition. [Also, found that Lexus lease calculations and Lease Hackr calculators do not match].
**Also, forgot to mention got December to Remember deal around $2,500 and $500 loyalty cash thrown in.

@mamaJ The trunk button should be on the left side above the knee.

Thanks @skyline31518 ! I’ll try pressing that again to see if it opens. Maybe I didn’t press it long enough

ya hold it for like 2 ~3 sec. and see. it should work.

Hi @mamaj thanks for your detailed reply! I appreciate you sharing your experience. I would probably do better getting one here in FL but not sure I’ll find what I want (or if I do, get the dealers to the price I want). Have gotten conflicting info from several salespeople at the same dealership (?!) but will be going this weekend to see if any of these alleged “hybrids” are actually on the lot.
