Has anyone done this deal at Hayward Nissan? I am trying to replicate it in AZ since I would qualify for VPP and Loyalty. Is there a state rebate they are baking into the cap reduction? Thanks guys.
Scrolling at the bottom of the page…did this dealer reveal the 2020 interior? Not seen any news about a complete refresh of the Leaf’s interior.
Interesting indeed.
looks like state tax and other fees are not fully baked in into the price…
“[1] Zero Down Lease for $269/mo. for 36 months 10000 miles per year. $0.25/mile over allotted miles and excessive wear and tear. *$0 down + $8,600 NMAC Lease Customer Cash + $2,000 Leaf Loyalty Bonus (For Current Leaf Owners with current registration.) Excludes 1st month payment, title and license, taxes, options, $595 non-refundable acquisition fee and dealer fees,”
That’s standard advertising, they all do it this way. Sale tax is based on your zip. Their deal is still by far the best i have seen in CA even if you don’t qualify for $2k loyalty and $1150 VPP.
I inquired on the deal at Hayward. The $179/month would require a total of $5200 due at signing, making the effective payment $323/month+tax if you qualify for VPP and Loyalty.
The bastards are discounting the CVRP rebate in the down i bet. Classic ev bait and switch ad. Did they give you a price brake down? Ask for one and post it.
@Mark.ca This is the best I can get from them from 500 miles away. I cant get the calculator to quite add up. is the VPP a taxed rebate or does it just come off the selling price? This is for a Leaf S w no quick charge and 3 manufacturer adds.
Yeah, hopefully it gets better. My 2015 Leaf S was $4000 DAS and $99 a month. $2500 I got back from the state rebate, $500 from utility. Those had VPP basically had $0 DAS and $99 a month, I was not expecting same deal this go round but it’s hard to pay up to $300 a month after paying like $140.
If you charge the full 14 miles a day that would be 5000 miles a year. I only drive about 10k miles on the one car. So I have to put in between $400 - $500 worth of gas /year. But 330e is a little bit more posh and fun to drive. I would’ve gotten a Leaf if the SV is around $225/month, next 330e will have between 25-30 mile electric range, I would jump on it again with payment in the low $300’s.
