Just look at your numbers. The MF is hysterically high - you’re financing $8k in depreciation over 36 months and paying $18k.
Jeeps notoriously lease badly. Get more quotes, and id look at other bank options with better MF (although that looks marked up to me)
Maybe a credit union lease is an option. @RVguy would be the one to weigh in.
