Note: the $2750 lease incentive is only on the 2019 Jeep Cherokee Latitude Plus trim. Quite a few dealers advertising $4-5+K MSRP discount before incentives, but was a challenge to find one willing to quote a lease without padding.

Here is the dealer worksheet. I believe the boxes in orange (and lease acquisition fee) are typically where the dealer pads their profit. I am pretty sure the lease acquisition fee should be waived for tier 1 leases (800+ credit score) because the pre-tax monthly payment ties exactly to the lease calculator on the jeep website (which assumes highest credit).

Here are the numbers plugged into the leasehackr calculator:

And here is the calculation per the jeep.com website:

Don’t let dealers convince you the lease calculator on the jeep.com website is wrong. It is in fact correct as long as you back into the correct down payment (excluding the first monthly payment, registration and doc fees, and tax on cap cost reduction and fees).

So $300/mo on the nose if zero drive off on a $35k Jeep. Sounds pretty darn good. Congrats.

Congratulations! it sounds really good deal. Would you like to share which dealership you got it from?

Sure I posted all the gory details in this thread

Ultimately ended up leasing one and buying another at two different dealerships. Exact same vehicle. I’m really liking the vehicle and I’m one that usually gets lots of buyer’s remorse LOL.
