2019 Hyundai Santa Fe SE FWD - $279/month?

How does this look?

36/12k Lease
MSRP: $26,980
Sale Price: $24386
Rebates: $3,570
Total Price after Rebates: $20,816
Residual: 15,981.82
MF: .00232
Monthly Payment: $246
Total Due at signing: Plates, Fees, First Payment $1200
Total Effective Payment $279

Over 1% so not a great deal, but then again Hyundai and Kai doesn’t lease well.

Where are located? That info is always helping when evaluating a lease.

Why don’t you just get a 3 series lol there cheaper

Or an x1/2

Ended up at 36/15K

$263/month
$1157 due at signing
Effective Payment $295

Not sure how a 3 series compares to a roomy SUV. I have two kids in car seats?

EDIT: Checked your post history. You also leased a used car…

Money factor could have been better it seems like.

Lol how bout an x1 though yeah I leased it as my third car cause the deal was too good to pass up … and yeah it had 26xx miles I mean but okay I think I would’ve been dumb not taking it for the price that I got

I was just suggesting a better car for the same if not less payment that’s why I said x1/2 because the x1 is near that size

Was just tryna help out lolll but congrats enjoy it !!

No need to get overly defensive, you leased a car that met your needs and you seem satisfied with the deal you signed. A better MF would have brought you down to 1% territory despite Hyundai’s leasing poorly. Enjoy in good health.

MF was what’s published from Edmunds for my zip code.

Interesting, I guess they just don’t seem all that interested in leasing. In that case, the only way to do better would have been a bigger discount on an upmarket version. (Limited, or Ultimate)

Appreciate you sharing.

Just two completely different types of vehicles and needs. You got 10k miles year, demo/loaner/used, etc.

What’s your location and tax rate? The first thing to do when evaluating a deal is to strip out how much you’re paying for the car and how much is going to the state.

PM me please. I have a much better deal on the Santa Fe. Thanks

It sounds like they already signed. Doesn’t Hyundai have a three day satisfaction policy though?

Possibly. Never heard of it though

Three days, return/exchange for another Hyundai. Might be able to broker a better deal if OP is still within that timeframe…

Might have to be the same dealer which is not helpful
