No need to get overly defensive, you leased a car that met your needs and you seem satisfied with the deal you signed. A better MF would have brought you down to 1% territory despite Hyundai’s leasing poorly. Enjoy in good health.
Interesting, I guess they just don’t seem all that interested in leasing. In that case, the only way to do better would have been a bigger discount on an upmarket version. (Limited, or Ultimate)
What’s your location and tax rate? The first thing to do when evaluating a deal is to strip out how much you’re paying for the car and how much is going to the state.
