Is this a fair deal experts? Location eastern Pennsylvania. 2019 Hyundai Kona Limited AWD 1.6Turbo, 3 year 10,000 mile lease. 2500 down 260$ monthly. They eat my 1125$ remaining on my 2016 Honda Civic.
They’re not eating anything. You’ll find the $1125 as a line item in finance.
MSRP, selling price, incentives, residual?
I just asked salesman. Waiting for response
He won’t text me the info. Says he’ll have it when I get there.
Say your not coming in then, that’s just a tactic they use. Get the info or you walk
I just leased a car and they paid off approximately $750 worth of payment on my last lease and from the looks of it my monthly lease cost on the car I just picked up is lower than what others are getting on their leases…
I have only seen one person pick up the car I have for a bit less than what I did. So far I feel I got a great deal
That’s great that you feel good about your deal, but it has nothing to do with this topic and they didn’t eat anything unless you had an actual pull ahead from your lender or you had positive equity. That’s the #1 leasing myth.
I can get 36/12k a year for the Kona Limited with only first payment due at signing for $330 a month in Souther Jersey. His numbers are too high.
Do you mind sharing where you can get this deal.
I finalized my 36/10,000 lease at Ciocca Hyundai in Quakertown PA. I put $2800 down and my payments are $250/month. They gave me a $1,125 check for my remaining payments on my previous lease (Honda Civic). I love the car.
Burns Hyundai in Marlton, Jersey Girl. Ask for Jose
You realize you gave them 2500 and they just handed you back the 1200 check from that right ? They didn’t pay for the Honda
Yes I know that.
Then why did you put 2800 down
I wanted a lower monthly lease payment.
That literally makes no sense. You putting 2800 upfront or 1600 upfront (and taking care of your honda payments) would have changed nothing
Ok you win. The deal is done. I’m happy. I calculated and won’t be paying more than the depreciated value over 36 months. I accepted taking a hit on ending the other lease early. I HAD to have an AWD car this winter. Now my leases will always end at year end and I can take advantage of year end deals.
