I think the discount looks good. Payment looks good, especially with 15k miles.
Need more lease parameters like MF and RV to ensure you are getting a fair deal. Does this include taxes? How much are the taxes in your state/city?
For selling price I would target the true car price less the 500 incentive available for leasing. True Car average price is 28,622 a really good True Car Price comes up at 28,000. So take 500 off of those and you are in good shape for the selling price.
But you still have to look at the rest of the lease deal to ensure nothing is hidden.
