Full loaded AT4 essentially a Denali without the upgraded leather seats but with the factory loft.
I Am looking for some feedback on the value of this deal and if there is opportunity to improve it other than pushing for an additional 1k off MSRP.
Term is a bit long at 49 months but residual remains high and I suppose I could always trade early if needed after a few years. Typically only drive 6-7k miles a year.
Disappointed in the lack of incentives or rebates offered by GMC that can be applied to lease (as compared to traditional financing). Comparing advertised pricing before rebate for local 2019 AT4s they are typically discounted 4-5k below MSRP.
Using Costco as a leverage point which will yield an eventual $700 cash card. Current Toyota lease but not trading.

Dealer discount is very weak and term is way too long

MF may be correct. Dont know what state he’s located in but there has been the same MF quoted in Edmund’s forums for same model by multiple people. RV with that term seems out of whack. Without know OP zip code cant be for certain but that RV of 64% has been quoted on Edmunds forums for multiple people on 36/12 terms. Maybe there is an error and it should be 36/12 or 39/12?
Love the AT4 largely because it is not loaded with chrome. Factory lift is also a plus.

They are clear that the term is 49 price jumps by over $100/mo at 39mo
I understand that’s what the screen shows and what they are telling you, just 49 months isn’t a common term. If you haven’t already I would post the details over on the Edmund’s forums to verify MF, RV and lease incentives…

Are you sure that no Sierra trims have rebates? In my area they are $6-10k depending on trim.
I am struggling to verify what is dealer discount vs rebate. They are telling me no rebate. The other dealer was applying a nonGMC lease customer rebate of 1500.
In terms of listed APR I assume the dealership converted the MF.
Hey man i don’t know if u were looking at 1500,2500,3500 i just checked rebates for my zip code and the 2020 model doesn’t have many incentives. The 19 has more incentives maybe try finding one u like and get a quote.
