I am having a hard time getting the Leasehackr calculator to match a lease offer I have from a local dealer. I’m sure they are padding something. The 36/15 and 39/15 offers are attached. NJ does charge a luxury tax of 0.4% which I add to the state tax of 6.625% and use 7.025% in the calculations. The 36/15 MF is .00051 and RV is 56%, it’s .00062 and 55% for the 39 month. Fees are $490.35 gov’t, 645 acquisition and $299 doc. I’m getting $1,029 for 36 mos and $991 for 39 mos. Anyone have any ideas?? Thank you.
