I’m not super familiar with Lexus, so I’m not sure if 11% off MSRP is very strong or not. What’s the $2,567 incentive though? Seems very precise for a rebate or dealer cash.
Good question. I know there’s currently $2250 lease cash but not sure where the other $317 is coming from. Should I care? 
12% on Lexus should be relatively easy. 13-14% if you are lucky.
Check incentives for trims, I believe Base has 4K and F-sport has 4.5K , UL doesn’t have that much
