When you say $0 down, do you mean other than your MSDs, you rolled the fees into the lease?

DAS was 6500 for MSD, gov, doc, tire, and first month. So approx 7700.

Ok so $1,200 due at signing, plus $6,500 in MSDs. You rolled the acquisition fee into the sales price then?

Decent deal. E300 currently has a 3000$ incentive from mercedes (3750$ if you qualify for fleet), The residual is 55% and MF 0.00080 per Edmunds, so not sure how you got the 56% residual.
