Hey hackrs!

I’ve received much helpful advice from this website and finally got a deal that makes sense to me. Hopefully this time someone would say it is not a bad deal. But I decided to loan it instead of lease it.

Sorry, thanks!

Do you really want to own one of these? They depreciate like rocks.

You mean for all models in BMW or just this X1?

All BMW models. If you’re buying a CPO luxury car, Lexus is all I’d personally buy. Possibly Acura as well

My neighbor has an Acura beater, 168k Miles with no major issues purchased as a CPO. Lexus and Acura have great reputations, infiniti and bmw for that matter on deprecation and long term reliability, not so much.

With older Acuras, I completely agree. I hesitate to recommend purchasing a CPO one now though. The V6 TLX has a POS transmission and the new RDX seems like it could have some serious issues. Acura and Hondas just aren’t as reliable as they used to be it seems.

Yea, hers is a 2008 MDX, she said something about bluetooth once, didn’t pay attention.

I like BMW better, that’s probably the price I need to pay

And that’s okay, but splurge on the extended warranty?
