Without knowing dealer fees, Gov fees, and selling price hard to tell. Your showing only $250 in lease cash. Look into lease loyalty or competitive lessee program if you currently leasing another vehicle.
Incentives in my area are almost nil this month $250. Selling price is $60,000 even, dealer fees are $459 total, $655 acquisition.
Do you currently lease a vehicle?
Not eligible for GM loyalty.
How about competitive lessee, I believe that is $1500. However not too familiar with chevy/gm lease programs.
The only thing I would say is, check Sierra Denali before moving forward.
Traditionally these lease far better than an HC.

Sierra Denali has no incentives, lower residual (63%) and higher MF (.00183)
Interesting. It is always less expensive in my region.
