Yes, apparently you haven’t read anything on the forum. $7k down payment is just madness. Use that money as MSDs (all 7 of them) and pocket the rest.
Why would you possibly do a $6900 down payment on a lease? If you total your X5, that $6900 is likely gone as it is not covered by GAP.
This is the deal with no down payment. The down payment saved only $392 in rent charge. Is $392 savings worth the risk of $6900?

Fairly certain you can contact a bunch of dealerships and offer them 9k down and 600 a month for this car and it won’t be too difficult to obtain.
