he lowered it to $650 a month all things staying the same.

If so, you are doing about $400 better overall. That is mostly likely all MF decrease. Not a huge difference.

In late 2019 I paid less on a new 2020 X5 with a higher MSRP so I concur, not a great deal at that payment.

I did pay taxes upfront. But no cap reduction. Iām not sure if his payment included taxes or not if it did then it is not as bad. Also I should probably refrain from posting when on almost no sleep for 2 days ā not thinking that clearly!! Joys of a newborn haha.
