Thanks @nextlevelautobrokers and @Samson - This might be something i might be able to calculate but if i turn it in with 2k miles less than 30k , what does it get me towards the final price?
@Samson - it sounds like this would be pushing greater than $800 given the build price?
Additionally, thoughts on what out of this does not seem essential?

Due to the new body design, the numbers for 2019 X5 are pretty bad as there is no lease cash available, default BMW MF is relatively high, and discounting is in the single digits. For a $80K one, likely looking at $900-$1,000/month as base ones are going for $750/month.
Numbers really can’t get any worse so suggest waiting until the end of your current lease to pull the trigger if you must have a ‘19 X5, but unlikely you will get anywhere close to your current payment without a bunch down. Otherwise, you could potentially get a good deal on a ‘18 leftover or loaner as they are still “leaseable” through end of March and have better incentives.
Feel free to play around: money factor is buy rate and 59% for 10k miles/36 mo.
Just as an example, if you got 6% off MSRP that drops the payment to $1000 plus tax and 10% is $900 plus tax. You would need somewhere in the realm of $10,000 down to get to the 600s plus tax.
As for options I would personally take out the executive package (only thing exclusive to that package is heated/cooled cupholders) and integral steering. I would a la carte some options like remote start.
