If you giving the 1000 incentive the monthly is lower. If the person taking over the lease resides in NY they will have to pay tax on top of that so double tax. Post pictures too. Not a bad deal really.

hey … i have swap leased an infiniti before to a NY resident and i was a NY resident as well. he did not have to repay the sales tax. is there a reason that would apply here?
