I’ve been going back and forth with an NY salesman and he won’t go lower than the numbers I have below. Is this a good deal? It’s my first time leasing, no loyalty.

They could give you a buck off and say it’s a great deal. Take it with a grain of salt.
Is this new? 9% off isn’t terrible if so. Shoot for 11 though.
I don’t think it’s a great deal. A broker currently has a M40i listed for about the same the monthly with a sticker $7k higher.

also if you have a BMW right now loyalty currently (NY area) is $1500.
So you should get a $2k lease credit + $1500 loyalty.
I would roll your taxes into the payment-- If you total your car insurance won’t repay tax.
I got a X3 m40i with a $63,500 MSRP for $690 a month with only first month and fee’s…so $72 more a month for $12k + more car…
Someone posted that BMW Westchester did a decent amount for an ordered car.
We should do a group buy. Get some volume

Josh…The numbers I got say $2,000 rebate. Is that different from a lease credit? I don’t have BMW loyalty unfortunately. That $618/month is with everything rolled into the monthly payment.

Ah, ok, thanks. I just searched CCA before and came up with Cap Cost Adjustments lol. The BMW CCA says “up to $1,500 rebate”. Any idea what rebate you’d get on a 2019 x3?

Nope. No luxury car now, so now conquest or loyalty. 
I would go for more off MSRP…looks to be. just under 10% try to get it to at least 10.5-11%
email multiple dealers in the area and get them to go against each other.
Yeah, I had gotten quotes from a few dealers. Most of them gave me a similar monthly amount, but with like $4K - $5K DAS. Ridiculous.
Group buys don’t work. Respected dealers here have confirmed this.
