Let me know if this is a good deal in NY (7.375% sales tax)

2019 BMW X3 Xdrive

Residual - 58%
Term 12k/36month

selling price should be about $1000-1500 less + the $500 BMW CCA…I’d shoot for $529 with the same drive off.

I’m hunting for a deal on a 2019 BMW X3 xDrive30i as well (and a couple other vehicles). I’m new to leasing but I’ve been reading this awesome forum for months now and feel much more prepared to find and negotiate a good deal. Not sure if this is helpful or not but certain dealers appear to be offering a dealer allowance of $2,000 cash back on select new 2019 BMW X3 inventory through today (1/2/2019). It’s not in all states though. Also saw a few posts on this forum mention conquest ($500 or $1,000?) or loyalty incentives (not sure if this applies to you). Based off of too many hours reading this forum I’ve put together that 10-13% is the range off of MSRP that people are either getting or being advised to seek at this point in time. It looks like they quoted you base MF which is good. The only way to improve on that would be MSD’s but I am not sure they are allowed in NY. Hoping more experienced lease hackers can corroborate or correct my amateur post. Please post your final deal terms! I’m just starting my search for dealers who are willing to deal.

Looks like a pretty good deal. Did you finally go for it?

I’m looking for the same vehicle with MSRP of 52,995. Have managed 679 with 500 cap cost reduction and 0 down.

looking at the same vehicle in NY as well. I put $3000 down and got $1,500 in rebates

let me know what you think

I hope you didn’t sign that

I did not. just a starting point. Im going to push for and additional $2000 off msrp and cut the down payment in half. Trying to target around $420 per month. Have any suggestions?

Don’t put any money down, you could also look for a 2018 loaner.
