That sheet makes no sense
I’m surprised a dealer even sent it
Before trying to dissect the 36/15 number I would just ensure their inputs are accurate all around (id ask them to do that using 24 month as an example as to why you’re asking)
The original sheet they crossed off the 24 & 48 months numbers. The one above was just getting them to remove some things I did not want. I think they just were lazy and didn’t cross them off again.
Is 0 in Row 1 actually 0
Or first only?
Isn’t the sheet lower than your calculator?
If so, run with it.
If you’re sure it’s a 19% plus discount w base what’s the hold up?
The row is down payment, and I said 0 down. DAS = $745.
I get 457 in the calculator.
It is my first lease deal and just want to make sure I am not missing anything or doing something wrong.

This is a pricey bike. Does It have the old school mags and pegs?
Lol autocorrect must of changed it to BMX
Brought me back to my sky blue GT performer with white mags.
Great deal on a X3 by the way if that paperwork is accurate. Go sign
If you’re certain MF is .00142 snag it
Even if slightly bumped that’s a terrific discount
May be the untaxed incentives v taxed incentives
Either way, good deal
You may be missing the downwards adjustment to the residual whenever a BMW has over 500 miles at lease inception if you didn’t already account for it (I didn’t look at your calculator btw) but, with that said… don’t worry about matching a spreadsheet or calculator when the deal is solid enough (and this one is in my opinion).
move your rebates to the taxable line, and put $-430 in the down payment line to line up your DAS with the $745 you mentioned, now your payment will match…
what state is this deal?
What is a negative down payment?
Just to roll back his LH calc to his desired/stated DAS amount… Looks like he set up his deal with dealer at first payment plus DMV based on what he said $745 DAS. His original calc showed Doc and DMV upfront, and he also had rebates un-taxed which most likely should be taxed, which would add a bit of upfront tax… rolling that all back to $745 gives him the $470/mo he was trying to match
edit: looks like he removed his original calc link at some point…
I can make any spreadsheet spit out any result I want… by fiddling with the inputs.
The inputs have to be real for the result to be valid.
Agreed, just adjusting his original calc link to what he was trying to match it to, didn’t make any assumption on validity/verification of his discount or money factor… I think it would make more sense if his original screen shot of deal proposal and his original calc link was still up.
