2019 bmw i3 rex, $49795, das $4000, 7 msd, 30 mos, 10k, $144 plus tax

Very new to the whole leasing game. Need help.

I got the loyalty and OL code, but dealer said I can only redeem $500 since the OL code is not from their dealership.

He gave me 11.3% discount, here is the math

MSRP $49795
SELLING PRICE $44168
DAS $4000 WITH 7 MSD OF $1400
INCENTIVE: $10500 OR $11000
RESIDUAL 61%

MONTHLY PAYMENT COMES TO $144 PLUS TAX, 30 mos/10k

IS THIS A REASONABLE DEAL?

Thanks all

Are you sure selling price is 44168? It didn’t make sense for the number. To get to 144 before tax, your selling price must be lower. I put in the calc for you to play around, typically drive off is less than 2000, so I think they did put some down payment for this quote. Calc link: leasehackr.com/calculator?make=BMW&miles=10000&msd=7&msrp=49795&sales_price=43200&months=30&mf=.00128&dp=700&dealer_fee=85&acq_fee=925&taxed_inc=10500&untaxed_inc=0&rebate=0&resP=61&reg_fee=550&sales_tax=9.5&demo_mileage=0&memo=&monthlyTax_radio=true

thank you so much. I am waiting for the dealer to get back to me on the MF. Is the MF fixed by BMW or the dealer please?

Drive off is $4000 plus 7 msd, that is what he offered

In that case, you are putting 2000 down on top of drive off… not so good of a deal… MF is set by BMW financial services, but dealer can mark it up. Currently base MF is 0.00128, dealer can mark it up max by 40 point to 0.00168. Usually good credit should qualify for base MF. Here is where you currently stands: leasehackr.com/calculator?make=BMW&miles=10000&msd=7&msrp=49795&sales_price=44168&months=30&mf=.00128&dp=2000&dealer_fee=85&acq_fee=925&taxed_inc=10500&untaxed_inc=0&rebate=0&resP=61&reg_fee=550&sales_tax=9.5&demo_mileage=0&memo=&monthlyTax_radio=true

 thanks again.

I got the CVRP $2500 and SC edison rebate $1000. But I thought it shouldnt be related to what the dealer offer, right?

Correct. Those are post sale rebates that the dealer has no involvement in.

Try to get 13% with OL and 0 down like this: leasehackr.com/calculator?make=BMW&miles=10000&msd=7&msrp=49795&sales_price=43300&months=30&mf=.00128&dp=0&dealer_fee=85&acq_fee=925&taxed_inc=10500&untaxed_inc=0&rebate=0&resP=61&reg_fee=550&sales_tax=9.5&demo_mileage=0&memo=&monthlyTax_radio=true

Then it will be a decent deal.

Will do. Thanks all for the advice.
