base MF is 0.00188. What’s the payment?

Please update your post and title to include the monthly. Also why the marked up MF?

DRIVE OFF!! AS LOW AS $0.

The only thing this post is missing is a huge inflatable gorilla.

Come on, man.

Inflatable gorilla’s don’t bring in customers like they used to.

You need at least two noodle guys these days.

I don’t have a finance manager who would type the deal at buy rate.

Some cars don’t have as much rebates to cover the minimum drives. I only said it because the rebate for this car at the very minimum will cover the full drive off.

You can almost always structure a deal with 0 due at signing. Also, if your finance manager won’t allow buy rate, you need to provide a bigger discount to compensate.

Include Payment, I’d also recommend using titles that reflect the post. (2019 Demo model 2.5k DAS, $Monthly + Tax) You can view any of the registered posts in market place to verify.

If you want marked up money factor that’s fine but your success rate would be higher on this forum if you used buy rate. Welcome and good luck!

I appreciate the feedback and I will definitely consider. I couldn’t really calculate the payment because there is 4 different rebates which can be applied and I figured since LH offers the lease calculator, it can easily be calculated.
I will have a few more cars that I will post shortly.

at 16.4% discount, I see the discount being big enough for someone to consider paying 0.00020 on the MF (0.48% in rate) isn’t much

Here’s the pretty straight forward template I use. Usually lease credit and loyalty are included by everyone on the forum in ad’s:

Pricing:

MSRP: $48,675
Selling Price: $44,115
Monthly Payment: $348 (Based on 9.5% So Cal Tax)
Drive-Off Amount: $2,731
Months: 24
Annual Mileage:10,000
MF: .00188
Residual: 67%
Incentives included in lease: $6,000 lease credit, $1,000 lease loyalty credit
Region: So Cal

Is the Selling Price the price one could get if they straight up buy the car, or is that a lease incentive price?

It would be the same case if they purchased the car, in nearly all cases.

you can still buy it at that price. $48,981 Plus $2000 APR credit + $2500 Loyalty APR credit + $1000 college grad rebate if you finance with BMW FS.
The selling price can be lowered to $43,481 if you qualify for all 3 rebates

Since everyone will qualify for at least the lease credit of $2500, you could give the best term and monthly for that.

This is what I came up with using the LH calculator.

36 / 10k / 0 DAS > $547 LA TAX

applied $2500 loyalty + $2500 conquest + $1000 OL code = $6000
Not sure how to calculate the registration fees,

including the registration and fees (LA tax) $561

with only loyalty rebate it comes out to $610/moth +tax
that’s with $0 drive off

How much are the registration and fees?
