Hi Lease Hackrs! I need some feedback on this deal
2019 BMW 430i loaner (4000 miles) - M-Sport, Driver Assist, Convenience Package
MSRP: $58K
Selling Price: $48K ( 17% off)
Monthly Payment: $399 (including tax!)
Drive-Off Amount: Only first month & MSDs + $600 down (feels like this can be dropped)
Months: 36
Annual Mileage: 10k
MF: .00185 (dealer says they markup MF by 0.0004, non-negotiable)
MSD’s: 7 - $2800
Available Incentives:$7500
Region: Mid West

I don’t know what incentives they are providing, I only qualify for lease cash($4000) + college grad($1000) tried to tell them. But he insists that he can get me $7500 ?
I also tried to get 20% off MRSP, he isn’t budging

Anything more I should ask for ? Thanks in advance!

The only other incentive that would get you to $7500 would be loyalty. Otherwise he is just giving you discount off the car. Doing this deal at 24 months should save you a bit. My take on the deal: take this and shop others around trying to beat the numbers. Ideally, being at base MF is the preferred route but obv that doesn’t always work out. How old is the unit? I would potentially even stall till end of month and tell him to go further with the dealer discount if they’re going to mark up MF.
