Offered a $700/month (including tax) 12k per year lease on a 2019 Audi S5 sportback prestige with just first payment and tax fees title etc. due at closing (around $1200). Audi’s pull ahead will take care of my last 3 lease payments on my 2017 A6. The MSRP is $64k+. Without knowing more, wondering if this is a good lease price for this car?
You really need to find out more to properly evaluate this deal.
Does it need to be a prestige? The residual on these is pretty low. Premium + and you’ll have a nicer monthly for pretty much the same car.
I checked out the numbers for the car this month, and that is a pretty good deal, you must be getting a hefty discount. As someone stated, the residual is about 48% for the prestige. Which state are you in?

I saw residual as 52% for NJ. If it’s 48% that’s terrible then.

Have you calculated the total incentives on the car?
17.5% total is okay, but there should be a bit more you can do being that it is a 2019 in April 2020.
For some reason I can’t figure out the calculator as it’s showing the taxes all due upfront even though in Ohio it’s included as part of the monthly payment.
Are you adding audicare?
Incentives are likely included in the discount unless there’s a loyalty we don’t know about.

Also, I think residual went down and MF went up this month but the dealer allowance went to $6000-6500 depending on region. I think you can push more discount and include Audicare in price to bump residual.
