2019 Audi A5 Premium Plus & Tips

Hey guys, I am going to lease a 2019 A5 sportsback and this is the deal I got. The dealer didn’t tell me the exact residual value. Is this a good deal or not? And I am not sure what would be the correct money factor in this area. Any advice?

Thanks!

Year, Make, Model, and Trim:2019 Audi A5 Premium Plus Sportsback
MSRP: $51045
Monthly Payment: $499.66
Drive-Off Amount: $2276
Months:36
Annual Mileage:10k
MF:0.0014
Residual:unknow
Incentives:
Region:MA

The residual value and money factor are on the sheet. It’s 57.6% (29,425.20/51,045)

How much incentives are baked into the discount? What’s the final selling price?

The final selling price is 40888. Audi has 2000 more incentives for selling.
I am not sure if the money factor is 0.0014. I saw 0.00091 somewhere else.

Get lease incentives, MF and RV from Edmunds forums

Based MF should be .00091 from what I check with edmunds. so they marked up to 0.0014…
16% off MSRP including incentive is not that good either.

If the MF is marked up that much on that discount then they either need to give you more discount or knock down the MF to buy rate.
