The same car with the 19in tires (+$800) was offered to me with the 800 amortized over the term of the lease, so monthly moved to $401.
These deal is not final, as three dealers (Livermore, Concord, and SF) each said they would beat the other on price. They each have at least one car with same specs, but some with other options, take it FWIW.
Thanks everyone in the forum for all the info, this really helped me to work with dealers, know terms, etc. The key was to test drive one, then after that, only work through email. Say you are busy at work at email will have to suffice, not worth driving if it’s not a deal you’re going to sign on, etc.
Funny note - my local dealer’s first quote was $578 month, $2500 down, EXCLUDING taxes and fees. So, $379 with 1910 DAS (taxes and fees, $1500 DP with equivalent DP rebate) seemed like a good deal.
