Was wondering if this quote is a fair/good/very good/excellent deal. Any help appreciated.
2018 X5 xDrive 35i 10k/36 Mo lease out of Illinois.
MSRP: 65,950
Selling price: 60,370
Rebates/incentives: $1500
Adjusted cap: 59,793.01
RV: 38,916.40 (59%), MF: 0.00166
Monthly payment: 788.39
$1500 due at signing (includes first payment, dmv, acq fee, etc).

That’s abysmal. Have you read any posts on here about X5 leases? If you had, you would know that it’s awful.

As this F15 model is going out due to the new design 4th gen G05 you should wait a bit when the new 2019 hit the floor. The outdated F15 will drop a lot more according to the Bimmerfest folks.

Now, you should be able to get 12%+ off plus the incentives.

If you want to get more for your money, look at a PHEV (40e) variant which seems pricey from the sticker, but with almost $5000 in incentives plus the 12% off, brings it down to way below your quote.

My current deal I was offered a $66K PHEV for $660 / month incl tax which scored a 8.9 on LH and follows the 1% rule.
