Final Price : $55,830-$4,466-$2000-$750 = $48613
For leases the goal is to try to get 10% off MSRP. So try countering them with that (this is a purchase so might be slightly different).
Where are you located? In some regions 10% is easier than others.
I purchase based on invoice not msrp. I see what their holdback is and go from there.

Don’t worry about invoice on this. As you have been told you should aim for 10% off msrp. Maybe try more than one dealer.
