They actually had a couple T5 around 50K which would work but I can’t seem to get A-Plan so it’s kind of moot anyways.
If you’re not eligible for a-plan, I’d look into dealer demos and use the a-plan rate as a point of reference.
Is there a list somewhere for this months incentives for Volvo that would apply besides A-Plan? Like Conquest etc…?
Join Sam’s Club for $45 and wait 30 days?
That assumes A-Plan will survive into next month. Although $45 seems like a small risk investment to make.
Autobytel.com is usually the best source of that info
What’s the learned opinion on how much off msrp a loaner should be?
I would expect 15-20%, depending on mileage, etc. but I have minimal data points to reference.
If you go to the Volvo website and build your own car at the very end is a payment estimator that will show you the incentives you qualify for based on zip code.
It ends April 30. Join Costco and wait.
Sams will fully refund your membership if you are not satisfied at any point in the year.
I have Costco. I thought it was only sam’s club. When I spoke to @nyclife he also said sam’s club.
Its SAMs club Mar-Apr. Last year was Costco in Aug/Sep (and maybe the year before).
Someone posted that A-plan would continue through 5/31 (in CA only?)
A-plan is not going anywhere. Are you talking about A-plan through Sam’s?
A-plan isn’t going anywhere. What is currently slated to go away on 5/1 is the ability to apply the a-plan elite bonus to deals where the dealer discount exceeds the 6% predetermined rate as part of the a-plan pricing structure. This would prevent someone from, say, negotiating a 10% dealer discount and then stacking the $3000 a-plan elite bonus on top of that.
Just signed up for sam’s club. Hopefully stacking will stay till end of next month for California.
So if I’m planning on trying to get a XC90 this summer - better get it before 5/1 or wait until June-July when 19’s will start arriving?
I’d wait. The a-plan bonus amount on the XC90 is only $750. Not enough to worry about. It’s $3k on the S90, which makes a bigger difference.
Yes, agree, I’d wait. The offers on xc90 these days make it hard to justify over the qx60 at $200 cheaper per month.
