2018 Volt Premire quote (updated)

Hey Hackrs looking for some guidance on a 2018 Volt Premire lease for a friend. (Didn’t want a BMW) here is what I was quoted from a local dealer.

MSRP $40,925
Sales Price: $36,500 b4 incentives
Net selling price: $29,975
On pay lease option: $13,339
Or
$380 including 90620 tax
Drive Off: $1500
Term: 36 months
Miles : 12,000 a year

How much room do we have on this quote?

Sorry I’m a newbie when it comes to Chevy lol

Unfortunately she doesn’t have any Volt Premier in stock

Does this include supplier or loyalty or competitive lease? What are the included incentives? Dealer discount should be about $5k for a solid deal.

With $5k DD incl. supplier + $500 competitive lease - I was quoted $11.9K on a $40,030 MSRP car in Northern CA.

This is as close as I can get the lease sheet on LH…

That should be enough to end the friendship!

This is with non GM lease and Costco discount, no supplier discount

What rebates are they giving, and does any of that play into the selling price?

GMF Supported CCR - 2525
GMF Select Market CCR - 3500
Conquest - 500

RV for 36/15 is 46, 12k is 48 and 10k is 49
RV for 39/15 is 44, 12k is 46 and 10k is 47

MF is .00116 for 36 + 39 terms.

If it’s worth it, an Acq fee waiver (650) can be had for .00075

One pay will reduce MF by .00073 on 36-48 month terms. If doing one pay, one pay MF reduction would apply prior to Acq fee waiver (as an FYI, if you wanted to play with the #s to see if it’s worth it, and beneficial)

Looks like based on this Selling Price and Net Price they have all the CCR and Conquest in there.

My best estimate is there is $800 left in this deal - all in the sales price.

Thank you for your input fellas, going to close the gap in sales price tomorrow.

Updated deal on leasehackr calculator leasehackr.com/calculator?make=Chevrolet&msrp=41990&sales_price=37000&months=36&mf=.00116&dp=0&doc_fee=80&acq_fee=650&taxed_inc=7025&untaxed_inc=0&rebate=1500&resP=48&reg_fee=500&sales_tax=7.75&memo=&monthlyTax_radio=true&gm_onePay=true&miles=12000&msd=0

That’s about the best I think you are going to do. Looks like you are going for an even more expensive car?

Yes saw another one with the Blackout package same deal

I think you should be able to get another $500 rebate from SoCal Edison right? so $2,000 total post sale?

Already included $1500 CVRP and $450 Edison Rebate

I picked up a premier with acc about 7 weeks ago, norcal. 1500 das, 369/mo. gm lease, 12k/36mo, 9.25% tax. This was before CAV rebate.

EOY for 2018, you should be able to do better. Especially since the 2019s are on the lots with faster charging, power seat, better 1-pedal drive, and new instrument screen/mylink.

Red sticker took 6 weeks from purchase date FWIW.

Good luck, such a fun little car!
