Seems like a few months ago I was seeing much better deals on the 2017 Volt leases. I had heard it was best to wait till the end of the year to buy a car, but seems maybe not so with leases. Any helpful information in deciphering the quote below would be appreciated.

No Current lease. Where does the rebate come in? Does that come off the MSRP or is that money you get back? (sorry total newbee to this process) - I will check out Rydell’s specials. thanks.
