First time lessee here and am seriously considering leasing a new Camry. I’ve read some recent posts on here but none are relevant to NC area. Definitely want heated seats so that would at least put me in an xle I think if I understand the trim levels and options correctly. Hoping for some help with lease terms and payment options, zero down of course.

You need to go talk to dealers. You are in SE Toyota territory so the deals are nowhere near as good as other parts of the country. Town and Country Toyota in Charlotte gave good deals because of @loberant so I would reach out to that dealer with an email. You need to find out a good selling price and push for that. We don’t give you payment options because we aren’t dealers. If you don’t want to do the work, I’d reach out to a broker
Ok I checked some prices including Town and Country in Charlotte. Lowest listing for an XLE is $26,022 which is the lowest internet price I found. My local Toyota dealers have some for $26,377 so I might try to contact them both and see who is more negotiable. Interestingly enough there’s a dealer in the mountains here that has a red XSE for $26,763 which is really cheap compared to others with XSE’s in stock and they are slim pickings here in NC lol.
Ok, emailing two local dealers and here’s the payments they came back with on a 2018 galactic aqua Camry xle. One is $355 a month and the other is at $329 and some change. Zero down and the cheapest one waives your first payment. What do y’all think?
One thing to look out for…most times, the deals you see on websites include factory incentives relevant to purchase and not a lease. You’ll need to research and find out what incentives are available lease-wise.
