2018 Suburban Lease

@ChevyPhil and @chevysalesgirl…am I over eager to think I could get more than GMS pricing on a '18 Suburban? Looking at an LT, MSRP 70,530. Right now I’m at 62,798.50 which dealer says is GMS (6%) + 1K GM Consumer Cash and 2.5K Conquest. I currently own a 2012 Suburban outright and lease a '15 Genesis.

Is there more here to go after? Dealer has 8 '17 Suburban’s still on the lot along with a small fleet of '18’s… I was thinking there was a deal to be made here. Maybe too soon in the year?

vin and zip code. no lease support on 2017

Let me know how you make out. I’m in CT and looking for a Tahoe so curious how your experience is. Assuming you are dealing with Gengras?

I spread a 75 mile wide net from Boston area to see what numbers I could muster. My wife liked the color/wheels combo at Gengras. Only 6% off MSRP before incentives isn’t enough for me to make the trek. I’m finding most GM dealers won’t move far from GMS pricing so most likely will hold off until mid-year. No rush.

Does @Leasard have any Chevy or GM deals available?

Have you checked out Quirk in Braintree? They have 30 MY 18’s on their website.

Thanks @Mort. Quirk advertises low leasing but that’s typically on a base model, base equipment, base colors/wheels. If you choose to navigate away from that, you’ll see yourself in numbers that pretty much mirror other dealers. If you are in the market for a “secret service” looking Suburban LT, Quirk’s your place!

I know their advertised pricing requires you to line up the moon and stars. I need something to run from Jersey to the Cape every couple weeks, so yes, want less expensive version. Almost considering a LS, but coming from MB with distronic, lane keeping, leather, hard to go that far backwards.

@Mort. Quirk is advertising LT’s w/ leather & nav for 36 mos @ $385. However a bit conflicting as the fine print states 24 mos. 10K/year. $1999 down plus fees, acq, etc. That’s why I have issues w/ Quirk; their ads never add up.

I would really like that 24 mo lease if it weren’t fairy dust . Have $2300 in GM card rewards burning a hole in my pocket.

for those interested, March MF and RV for Suburban LT 4WD based on 15K/year, 24 and 36 mos respectively. MF’s for 24mos in the 6%'s are a killer!

.00264 MF and 60% residual
.00205 MF and 55% residual

With 2300 in rewards, you might be able to pull of that deal. The thing I like is they are seemingly the only suburban I see with the front bench seat. All of them around me have consoles. Those of us who grew to a decent size appreciate a front bench seat.

The stock # in the promo is for a rwd model but they have many in stock. My brother wants one also for his wife. Waiting for them to get back to me, not holding my breath. Probably easier to pull off a one car deal.

I spoke with Quirk. Their # includes $1500 in trade allowance and the $12000 off RWD includes $2000 in flex cash. So basically $8500 off with asian conquest. Not going to work for me because i’m out of market and don’t want to register on cape and pay excise tax.

thanks @Mort for update. Tough to do a RWD in New England. In MA, I’m finding Bertera in Springfield is fairly aggressive with pricing - 13% off MSRP incl incentives (conquest, etc) but even more so is Herb Connolly in Framingham - several '18 LT 4WD models at 16% off MSRP (incl 2K Targeted Market Lease Cash, 1K GM Consumer Cash, 2.5K Chevrolet Select Nameplate Conquest and 2K GM Lease Loyalty). Still trying to get to bottom on whether all are stackable for lease?
