2018 RR Velar S V6 - how's this deal?

I have a quote from one of the RR dealers in the tri-state area. Car details are as follows:

2018 RR Velar S V6
MSRP 70xxx
Discount 6xxx
Rebate 3xxx
Selling price 60xxx
MF - .00039
Residual - 56%

39/7.5k is what this deal comes with. I have three payment options - all taxes and fees are built into the payments:

  1. 660 monthly + 3000 down
  2. 610 monthly + 5000 down
  3. 540 monthly + 7500 down

This is just the initial negotiation. Any tips on how to get the down payment to near zero (first month + registration only, at max) with a max 650 monthly?

Below is a link to my original post where I started my hunt:

To get to the price you want, all you can do is negotiate a larger discount. That’s literally it

Any idea if the MF and residuals are right for NJ? Also, will RR dealers do MSDs to lower MF?

I am not sure. You could ask on Edmunds. A quick Google search shows that RR does not do MSDs

Your MF for this month is 0.00014 (the SE is .00013). The rebate that you mention is only for the SE , not the S which is $1150. What you are being offered is 737/month assuming 9% sales tax and a 3k rebate. By lowering your money factor, you could get a price of 713/month with the actual rebate of $1150 but I don’t think they will be terribly willing to do that for you as LR dealers love marking up their MF and the Velar is a very hot car.

You’re better off looking for a loaner if you aren’t dead set on a color combo or options.
I got a p250HSE with msrp of $78k for 607/mo/39/12k 0 down
