2018 Nissan Rogue SV AWD

I’m a noob and still trying to figure this all out…
I’ve been in contact with a dealer in ny for a 2018 Nissan Rogue SV AWD no options.
MSRP $28015.00
Selling price $27673.00
MF .00091
RV 54%
Incentives $3775.00
DMV transfer fee $75.00
Govt fee $97.50
Tax on rebate $???
36/mnth/12k $527.50 (includes 1st month, taxes on rebate, govt fee, and dmv transfer fee)
$285.00 / mnth thereafter

When i do the math, it would come out to $291.00/mnth which MATCHES honcker app.

If i were to do the math by hand, can you tell me if it is correct:
MSRP $28015.00
$28015.00 x .54 = 15128.10
28015 - 3775 (incentives) = 24240
24240 - 15128.10 = 9111.90
9111.90 / 36months = 253.10
(24240 + 15128.10) x .00091 = 35.82
253.10 + 35.82 = 288.92 /month

That is without adding taxes on rebate, 97.50 govt fee, and 75.00 dmv transfer fee. where would I add this and where did my math go wrong?

Also does this seem like a good deal? I plan on calling other dealers to see if they can beat this / honcker price.

Step 1. Way bigger discount!! Less then $400 off the price of the car? Tell them take a hike.

Got a lease quote on a 2018.5 Nissan Rogue Sport SV AWD with tech package. It is within 1% but I still think I can do better.

Msrp $29100
Selling price $26450
Rebate $3475
Rv 50%
Mf .00003
Months 36 / 12k
Dmv $155.00
Inspection $10.00
Tire tax. $12.50
Monthy payment $275.00
1st month. $275 + 167.50 ^ fees = $442.50
Is my calculations correct? I think the dealer is screwing me on the RV. Edmunds has NJ RV at 50% for 15k/36month. I did get the dealer to throw in wheel locks but he wouldnt budge on all weather floor mats.

Not sure if it’s a good deal - just chiming in.

I believe Edmunds only has access to captive info (ie NMAC) . RV is set by the banks so not something the dealer can fudge.

Maybe double check what bank?

Welp thanks for being the only one to respond :man_shrugging:t2:

Bad deals. 2018 awd sv with sv premium package has been around 250 with 250 due at signing giver or take. Honcker has had it for 225 with 1500 due at signing as well.

In my region honcker wants 338 no money down on 2018 rogue sv premium package.

When I was in the market spring of this year it was much cheaper.

1% means nothing on a cheaply built car with an inflated MSRP.

Its the cheapest awd suv ive found with the options I wanted.

That’s a more valid reason.
