Hello LeaseHackers,
I just received online a quote for 2018 Nissan Murano Platinum.
I plugged in the numbers (best I could in the LeaseHackr calc, but the number I get is different. Something is fishy with dealer stating that the Inception fees I think. Could you take a look and advise.
I am little confused with dealers TOTAL DRIVE OFF = 4,734.58 (this includes sum of Rebates (3675)+Total Inception Fees (1059.58)) - why? - what does it mean? Total Drive off in this case? Should dealer include rebates in Total Drive Off?
Could you explain please?
Also $1059 (inception fees due) are added towards Capitalized Cost Breakdown (capped) added to Total Selling price, why? If this is a drive off?
Why the 1st Month Payment 522.58 is also added? (part of the Inception fees due)?
Itās all pretty clear on the sheet, fees plus first due. Honestly your lucky to get such a break down, but these sheets with āprofitā listed make me laugh.
Dealer lists:
$47910 = MSRP
$43830 = MSRP after discount,
so this rule of thumb for 1% applies to which one?
I like Murano and need cooled seats, hence Platinum. I never said I will pay 522 for a lease. I want to pay 340 Max if the dealer discounts the Total Selling Price to 38000 (21% off). Then payment according to our calc is 314/month.
Am I dreamer or what? 2019 will come out soon. 2018 is leftover ājunkā in their lots.
Then Iāll refrain from farting. Seriously, Iām giving up on murano, found lexus nx300h hybrid with lower msrp and cooled seats too! Thanks for advising.
