I had to finance in $2250 in negative equity but with this money factor I don’t mind.

410 a month is not bad considering you rolled in almost 3k in negative equity. Without it you would be in low 300s. Plus you get 15k miles a year

I signed last night. I was considering paying down payment equal to negative equity but at that MF I figured it wasn’t a big loss. First lease ever-thought it went well. 25% discount before incentives and base MF.
Looks like a great deal, only concern will be running out of warranty
good catch, last ~4000 mi will be out of warranty…OP might want to try to keep it under 50k if possible
