No issues with car. The car is kept in garage without any smoking, pets, etc, and very clean. I have germophobia so it is kept really clean. Oil change has been done so nothing is needed.
The car is fully up to date on maintenance, registration paid, good thread left on tires so pretty much only thing you would need to do is pay the monthly payment. The new owner will need to pay the transfer fee and other doc fees of around $200.
